How do I make my reservation?
*Remember that reservations are mandatory from September to June included.
To start the reservation process, fill out the reservation form that you will find on the website, choose the type of room you like and click on the "Send" button.
Once we validate your reservation request, you will receive information about the payments to be made and you will have 48 hours to make them.

What payments do I have to make to make a reservation?
To confirm your reservation, you must pay the amount of the deposit and contract costs.
* Contract costs: 350€
* Deposit: If your rent is less than 1.000€, you must pay 1.000€. If your rent is more than 1.000€, you will have to pay the same amount of your rent.
EXAMPLE: rent of 850€ -> deposit of 1.000€
rent of 1.200€ -> deposit of 1.200€.
The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay if there are no damages caused by misuse of the facilities of your room. Upon receipt of the deposit and registration fee, the reservation of your room in facultades is confirmed.
Can I cancel the reservation after payment?
You can cancel your reservation up to two months before the reserved arrival date. However, you will lose the amount paid as contract costs.
We will refund the amount of the deposit by bank transfer to the account you indicate. Remember that you will have to assume the possible bank commissions of the transfer.
Cancellations less than two months in advance will result in the loss of 100% of the amount paid.

Arrival
What equipment will I find in the apartment and what should I pack in my suitcase?
The room is fully furnished so that you do not lack anything. In the residence you can buy packs of linen for your room or kitchen packs.
Apart from this, you only need to bring your clothes and personal belongings. Don't forget some pictures to personalize your room and you're ready to go home!
Where will I have to pick up the keys when I arrive in Valencia?
You can pick up the keys at the reception desk at the residence.
Very important: remember to let us know your approximate arrival date and time in advance.
When do I have to pay the first month of my stay?
Months are paid in full, regardless of the day of arrival or departure.
Payments must be made between the 1st and 5th of each month, either by paying through the internal area or by direct debit.
Do I have to make any other payment upon arrival?
No, except if you want to buy linen or kitchen packs.
If so, you will have to go to reception to make the payment so that our staff can deliver the packs to you.
What happens if I cannot arrive on the scheduled date?
Sometimes you may not be able to travel on the scheduled date, either for personal reasons or due to visa delays. In this case, if you want to keep your place, you must pay the rental fee.
Otherwise, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit and registration fee will be forfeited.

What should I do on the day of departure?
You haven't left yet and I'm sure you are already starting to miss your student life in Valencia. It's time to say goodbye to all your classmates who have accompanied you in your adventures during this time... Maybe you can meet again visiting each other in your home countries someday.
What happens if I leave early?
If for any reason you have to leave your student accommodation before the end of your rental contract, you lose the amount of the deposit. Exceptionally, if there is a notice of at least two months, you will only have a penalty of 290€. We will deduct this amount from your deposit and transfer the difference to you.
When and how will my bond be returned?
After verifying that there are no damages and that your room is in perfect condition, we will begin the process of refunding the deposit. Once we verify that everything is correct, the administration will have a period of 21 days to return the deposit.
