We offer stays from 1 month up to 11 months, ideal for a full academic year or an Erasmus term.

Yes. You can book your place online from your home country before you travel, and we handle the paperwork for your arrival.

Once you’ve visited our website and seen how awesome we are, follow these steps to make your pre-booking:

1. Select the dates of your stay.
2. Click the “Book” button.
3. Sign up and fill in the requested details.
4. Once your booking request has been approved, you will receive payment instructions and will have 48 hours to complete the payment. During this time, your chosen room will be held for you. If your check-in is on a weekend or public holiday, payment must be made 2 working days before arrival so we can organize your check-in.
5. You will also receive access to the internal area where you can complete all the information we need.

The security deposit is not your rent for the month. We know that in the midst of all the payments and moves, doubt can creep in. It is not a payment for use, but a guarantee that we ask you for in advance. It’s just a “just in case” that we keep and return to you at the end. The monthly rent, on the other hand, is the monthly payment for the use of the property.

*Remember that the security deposit and the rent are different and cannot be substituted for each other.

Our flats are fully equipped.

After all, you will be in your own home.

The rooms have a set of courtesy bedding (duvet, pillow, sheets and towels).

The kitchens are also fully equipped (we were advised by Masterchef).

In short, if you bring a full suitcase it is because you want to.

We offer some alternatives:

• We can meet you directly at the apartment (with 48 hours' notice), show you to your awesome place, and walk you through everything you need to know (additional cost applies).
• We will give you the keys at the office or in the way we will indicate you before your arrival.

If you’re arriving outside business hours, on holidays, or over the weekend, there are special conditions.

*Before your arrival, we’ll email you with all the available options so you can choose the one that suits you best.

The first month of stay is paid between the 1st and 5th of each month.

Sometimes you might not be able to travel on the scheduled date due to personal reasons, forgetting to book your ticket or visa delays. In this case, if you want to keep your spot, you'll need to pay the rent. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to cancel your booking, and that would indeed be a worse pickle than forgetting to buy your ticket (boo hoo).

Well, your flatmates will be sad, but you will only have to pay 100€ for the change.

Yes, but they can’t spend the night. To avoid disturbing the other housemates, your guests must leave by 10:00 p.m. In any case, always check with your housemates before inviting friends or family over.

If any issues come up, reach out to our customer service department, and our maintenance team will take care of it within a reasonable timeframe. If the damage is due to misuse of the facilities, the responsible person will need to cover the repair costs.

Since we said goodbye to Mary Poppins, Vanguard Student Housing will take care of the regular cleaning of your apartment's common areas.

Remember, you’re responsible for keeping things tidy at home and making sure the kitchen and utensils stay clean.

You will also be in charge of the laundry and washing your own clothes, sheets and towels, for which you have a washing machine and dryer at your disposal inside your apartment at no extra cost. *Does not apply to the Residence Facultades in Valencia.

We make it easy for you: you will receive an email with all the steps to follow. In any case, please remember to leave the keys on the table in your room and close the door when you leave. The latest check-out time is 10:00 am.

If you need to leave your awesome place before your contract ends and provide us with at least one month’s notice of your new departure date, your security deposit will be refunded.

If you give less than one month’s notice of your new departure date, the security deposit won’t be refunded.

Your security deposit will be returned by bank transfer from your departure date after checking that there are no damages.
