Welcome to Albors
Located in the Camins al Grau district, Albors may well be the envy of anyone who comes to live in or visit Valencia.
The City of Arts and Sciences isn’t just one of the city’s most famous attractions, it’s also a favourite spot for local residents who come here for a stroll, to have their photos taken or have their first Tinder date at a concert (sure, it happens all the time).
One of the things the Albors neighbourhood is famous for is its atmosphere. Restaurants catering for all tastes, bars where you can badmouth your boss or plan the best business deal of your life, and shops where you can discover the true essence and tradition of Valencia.
Something else to bear in mind: it’s full of parks. And not just any old parks! There’s one you can practice yoga in, another where you can play giant chess, yet another where you can... well, nothing special goes on in that one, but it’s a great spot for a picnic.
And what about the locals? Well generally speaking, they’re really friendly. And they do have one thing in common: they love to ride bikes. If you don’t have one, you'll stand out like a sore thumb. And if you do, they’ll be sure to ask you if you want to go for a ride with them. By the way, don’t be surprised if you end up having a beer in a bar along the way!
